Abstract submission

A submission fee of EUR 55.- is mandatory for all abstract submissions. This fee is non-refundable and needs to be paid via the conference registration form. Abstracts must be submitted online via the abstract submission website. Hard copy paper submissions will not be accepted. All abstract related information (authors, presenters, title, etc.) is to be entered on the abstract submission website.

Abstract submissions and abstract submission fee payments will be verified by the organizing committee. The abstract will not be considered and automatically rejected if the abstract submission fee has not been paid.

Brief summary

Abstracts of max. 1300 characters excluding spaces (230 words approx.) should be submitted online by 31 March 2021.

All abstracts must only be submitted in English.

Each person registering can submit one abstract, for either oral or poster presentation.

The organizers are under no obligation to accept abstracts that are submitted after the deadline date (31 March 2021).

Late abstracts may be considered for poster sessions only (not for oral presentations), are subject to availability, and at the discretion of the scientific committee.

The scientific committee reserves the right to reject abstracts that do not fit with the goals of the conference or according to their scientific quality.
